Not sure what you have to do and when?

You will need to complete annual accounts as these form the basis of your personal tax return.  You don’t need quarterly management accounts but if you have aspirations to grow, they will help you make those decisions.

If you are VAT registered, you will need to complete and submit returns on a quarterly basis.

If you employ staff or engage subcontractors, you will need to run a payroll and submit RTI returns to HMRC.

You will need to complete your self-assessment tax return and submit it to HMRC.

But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered and can do it all for you - while you do what you do best.

You will need to do all of the above with the addition of a partnership tax return.

You will need to do all of the above however, an LLP is registered with Companies House and therefore you are required to complete statutory accounts and submit them to Companies House on an annual basis.

The administrative burden of running a Limited Company is greater than any other business entity.

You will need to complete statutory accounts and file them to Companies House in a particular format annually.  You don’t need management accounts but for those businesses that want to grow or those that have more than one director they are a valuable tool to help you know and understand your numbers.
