Every company that is registered with Companies House has a legal responsibility to submit an annual Confirmation Statement to Companies House and to maintain their statutory books. They are also required to minute board meetings when major business changes are discussed and agreed.

Seamount offer Company Secretarial services bespoke to your companies needs on a fixed annual fee basis.

We will ensure that you comply with the requirements of the Companies Act and your own Articles of Association.  By delegating these tasks to us you, our clients, can concentrate on what you do best – building a better business.

You do not even have to be a client of our Accountancy service to outsource this important aspect of your business to us.
